Our January General Meeting speaker Stephanie Vaillant, Stratford Festival Archivist, shined the spotlight on the contributions of Canadian women in theatre.
She shared the achievements of women actors, designers and directors over the last century, including how suffragists employed satire and parody in amateur theatre to advocate for women’s rights.
