CFUW Stratford is hosting a breakfast and panel discussion at the Stratford Country Club on Wednesday, March 8 at 7 a.m. to mark International Women’s Day, a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.
Discussion panel members are Dr. Miriam Klassen, Medical Officer of Health for Huron Perth Public Health; Jasmine Clark, Executive Director of Optimism Place; and Robyn Godfrey, Librarian at the Stratford Public Library. The topic of discussion will be misinformation and disinformation and how it impacts women’s lives. Kathy Vassilakos, former Stratford City councillor, will act as moderator.
