CFUW-Stratford Art Auction III: Travellers

We know that we are unable to travel the World right now, but the CFUW-Stratford Scholarship Committee is offering several beautiful pieces of art with a “Travellers” theme.   We will be offering six pieces of art from the collection of Barbara Baxter in an exclusive auction to our members and friends.

This auction will include a print from renowned printmaker Anna Wong, an oil painting from Israeli painter Shmuel Ra’Ayoni, an oriental Papier-mâché tray, two Chinese silk paintings and an etching from Francine Gravel.  This is truly a lovely collection!

All proceeds from the auction go to the CFUW-Stratford Scholarship Fund.  This fund provides thousands of dollars in scholarship prizes to young women graduating from our local secondary schools.

Bidders will be informed of the current bid daily by Email between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.  Bidding closes at 7:00 p.m. on March 31, 2021. (Emails must be sent by 7:00 p.m. on the final day)

You will be informed of the result of bidding.

We will deliver the item to the winning bidder within the City of Stratford and surrounding area.  The winning bidder is responsible for the cost of professional shipping outside a 15 km radius of Stratford.
