The Local, Climate Momentum & SDSS Eco-Club invite you to explore tasty ways to shrink your foodprint and help the planet!

Join us for an evening of conversation, community, and tasting as we explore practical ways to lower our foodprint. Hosted by the SDSS Eco-Club, The Local CFC, and Climate Momentum, this event features short talks and Q&A sessions with local food leaders.

Hear from Andrew Mavor, Hospitality and Tourism Teacher at SDSS; Erin McIntosh of McIntosh Farms; and Amanda Propper, Lead Chef at The Local CFC. Together, they’ll share perspectives on holistic food systems, vegetables as the star of the meal, plant-based balanced bites, and using the whole animal.

Between speakers, guests will enjoy thoughtfully prepared samples inspired by each presentation. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Programming runs from 7:00–9:00 p.m.
A $10 donation is encouraged at the door.
