March 24 will be the Resolutions Meeting to discuss and suggest amendments to resolutions proposed for consideration at CFUW’s 2015 National AGM. The two resolutions this year concern neonicotinoid pesticides and carbon taxes. Two groups will discuss each resolution. Members Nora Walden and Leslye Glover volunteered to coordinate the pesticide groups and Mary Jane Amey will coordinate the carbon tax discussions. Resolution details will be circulated about 2 weeks prior to the meeting.
Club members are requested to come prepared to discuss and vote on the resolutions.
