Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) works with our community to promote and protect health and prevent illness, based on community need, evidence and law. They are dedicated to delivering public health programs, classes and services in our community that are accessible for everyone.
Public health nurses, health inspectors, health promoters, dietitians, epidemiologists, and many other professionals promote and protect the health of our community. They are governed by the Board of Health (CFUW-Stratford Club member Councillor Kathy Vassilakos serves on the Board of Health) and it is mandated by the Health Protection and Promotion Act.
The Perth Office is located on West Gore Street in Stratford next to Woodland Towers/Spruce Lodge. The Huron office is in Clinton.

Our September General Zoom Meeting speaker was Courtney Feeney.
Courtney has a degree in Health Promotion from Western, and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Waterloo. She represented Huron Perth Public Health, where she has worked as a Public Health Promoter since 2018. She specializes in substance use prevention and spoke to us about cannabis from a public health perspective.
